Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communication.
• Three years of Project Management, Content Management, or CKM/Specialist credentials.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva and Miro.
• Experience with HTML programming or ability to self-learn.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team that identifies, collects and preserves information on business processes, legal, statutory and regulatory provisions.
• Establish architecture for the knowledge management platform and ensure consistent use and presentation of information.
• Apply analytical, research and communications skills to drive fast-paced projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely knowledge delivery.
