Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Knowledge Manager at Hanscom AFB, MA to lead enterprise KM initiatives using M365. The role involves designing SharePoint architectures, managing metadata and workflows, and delivering Knowledge Management briefings to senior leadership.

Required are a TS clearance eligibility and 3+ years in the DoD sector, with a related Bachelor's or Master's degree. Work location is on-site at Hanscom AFB, supporting C3BM efforts.

Responsibilities

• + Lead Knowledge Manager duties at the PAE level, implementing enterprise KM using M365.

• + Provide briefings on Knowledge Management best practices to leadership.
• + Collaborate with PMs, engineers, acquisition pros, and SMEs to organize data.
• + Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and digital tools with PowerApps/BI.

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Manager providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).

C3BM has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network providing resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Force to win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM’s main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Clearance:Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance with current SCI eligibility
• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience and within the DoD sector

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Position will be lead Knowledge Manager at the PAE-level responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-wide KM solutions utilizing M365.
• Design and Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, and architectures to improve information accessibility and reuse.
• Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best Practices
• Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document and disseminate technical and programmatic data
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate
