Qualifications

• Experience with knowledge management and document governance.
• Experience with metadata, taxonomy, and search optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Administer knowledge repositories, document libraries, and collaboration platforms; keep information current and easy to find.
• Manage document workflows, version control, retention, and archiving processes.
• Apply metadata standards, taxonomies, and information governance practices for consistency and searchability.
• Conduct content reviews, quality checks, audits, and lifecycle management to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, FAQs, and process documentation for end users.
• Analyze knowledge management processes and user feedback to boost efficiency and adoption.
• Support knowledge migration, repository cleanup, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Provide guidance to business users on knowledge management tools, standards, and workflows.
• Generate reports on content usage, search effectiveness, and governance compliance.
