Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university required.
• We welcome candidates with backgrounds in law, public policy, information science, technology, economics, history, or international relations.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI tools and platforms; assess accuracy, workflow fit, and risk; document findings for KRS and leadership.
• Support AI training materials, prompt libraries, and user guidance for legal tech tools.
• Assist attorneys and staff in applying AI tools effectively and responsibly.
• Develop and maintain practice resources including SharePoint sites, client portals and work product libraries.
• Continuously improve knowledge resources design, navigation, and UX using user feedback.
• Understand firm systems (business intake, matter tracking, docs) to support retrieval and compliance.
• Support end-to-end technology initiatives in a law firm.
