Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher with demonstrated exposure to knowledge management or legal tech.
• Experience with AI tools and responsible AI use, plus comfort with learning new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to translate technical concepts for lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI tools and platforms; document findings for KRS leadership.
• Develop and maintain knowledge resources: SharePoint sites and client portals.
• Coordinate projects, understand firm systems, and support end‑to‑end technology initiatives.
