Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 3 to 7 years analytics, BI, or data science experience in a professional services/regulated environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau/Looker/ThoughtSpot).
• Ability to design scalable data models from complex data.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for executives.
• Strong data governance and quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leadership to identify business needs and translate into analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for matter performance, financials, and AI metrics.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Establish and maintain firm-wide metrics, data definitions, and reporting integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data models and data warehouses.
