Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of analytics, BI, or data science in professional services, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern BI/data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or ThoughtSpot).
• Experience designing scalable data models by transforming complex data into meaningful reporting solutions.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Analytics and Dashboards: Partner with practice leaders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for matter performance, financial results, operational trends, and AI utilization metrics.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and deliver clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Establish, maintain, and oversee key firm metrics, data definitions, governance standards, and reporting integrity.
