Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a K&I Analyst to maintain KM content across multiple platforms and streamline data entry workflows. You will monitor matter and personnel data, support automation initiatives, and liaise with attorneys and KM staff to ensure reliable, up-to-date information.

The role focuses on data quality, workflow optimization, and reporting to support pitches and client engagements, with collaboration across KM, marketing, and administration teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, professional services firm or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; corporate paralegal experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of content management processes and technologies.
• Experience with Copilot, SharePoint and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with Foundation, InterAction, iManage, Data Visualization Programs, Contract Express and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to manage work to high quality standards with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates KM content on intranet pages and platforms; ensures KM content meets firm needs.
• Captures and enters deal and case information into the experience management platform; assigns metadata and liaises with attorneys to fill gaps.
• Verifies data accuracy in KM systems and ensures consistent taxonomies and workflows.
