Job summary

Goodwin’s Knowledge & Innovation (K&I) team seeks a detail-oriented Analyst to maintain KM data, enter and verify information, and streamline data-entry workflows. You will interact with attorneys and KM staff to ensure accurate matter and people data across InterAction and related systems.

The role focuses on automating workflows, producing precise reports, and supporting KM onboarding. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience in a professional setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, professional services firm or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of content management processes and technologies.
• Experience with Copilot, SharePoint and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with Foundation, InterAction, iManage, Data Visualization Programs, Contract Express and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to manage work to high quality standards with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains content on KM-related intranet pages and platforms, posting materials and updating content.
• Captures and enters deal and case information into the firm’s experience management platform; monitors openings and analyzes summaries.
• Verifies data accuracy in KM systems and ensures compliance of taxonomies; develops new workflows as needed.
• Produces reports on matter and people information for pitches and reporting deadlines.
• Gathers information about litigation cases, people, and work product for Matter Pages and databases.
