Job summary

Goodwin seeks a Knowledge & Innovation Analyst to maintain KM content across intranet pages and matter databases. You will mine data, perform entry/editing, analysis and quality control reviews, and help automate workflows in collaboration with the KM team.

The role ensures accurate matters data for knowledge management, marketing, and administration. Collaborating with attorneys and staff, you’ll help design KM processes and support data-driven decision-making across practice areas in a global

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in law firm or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency with KM tools and data management.
• Experience with Copilot, SharePoint and Excel; familiarity with InterAction, iManage.

Responsibilities

• Maintains KM content on intranet pages and platforms, updating content.
• Captures and enters deal and case information into the experience management platform.
• Verifies data accuracy and ensures KM taxonomies are applied consistently.
• Provides routine and time-intensive data mining reports for pitches and marketing.
• Conducts KM onboarding sessions for new team members.
• Gathers information for Matter Pages and related databases and generates reports.
• Supports document automation and data visualizations with KM applications.
