Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Knowledge & Innovation Analyst to maintain KM data, support matter and people information, and drive efficiency across KM platforms. You will collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure data accuracy and enable smarter decisions for firm initiatives.

You’ll help automate data entry, design reports, and onboard new GO! Team members while supporting how KM resources serve practice areas and marketing teams. A strong KM background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, professional services firm or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of KM content management processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains KM content on intranet pages and platforms and updates materials.
• Captures and enters deal and case information in the experience management platform; assign metadata.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure KM taxonomies are applied consistently.
• Provide reports on matter and people information for pitches and management.
• Conduct KM onboarding sessions for new GO! Team personnel.
• Gathers litigation and team data and generates reports for databases such as InterAction.
• Supports document automation, data visualizations, and KM-sponsored applications.
