Job summary

Goodwin’s Global Operations Team is seeking a Knowledge & Innovation (K&I) Analyst to maintain KM content, mine data, and ensure accuracy across matter and people records. You will collaborate with KM, marketing, and administration to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

You will identify automation opportunities, develop workflows, and deliver timely reports to attorneys and staff. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, professional services firm or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.
• Corporate paralegal experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains content on KM-related intranet pages and platforms and updates materials.
• Executes workflow for capturing and entering deal and case information into the experience management platform.
• Verifies data accuracy within KM systems and ensures taxonomy compliance.
• Provides reports on matter and people information to Practice Area and Marketing staff.
• Conducts KM onboarding/orientation sessions for new GO Team personnel.
