Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent education and experience.
• Three years related experience with one year of training experience preferred.
• Strong organization, analytical, verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization.
• Microsoft Office, database, and content publishing skills.
• Requires up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Training: develop training content, job aids, and training materials.
• Communication: create key messages for Knowledge Base and produce visuals to explain data.
• Information Management: organize a user-friendly system for data retrieval and indexing.
