Xcel Energy is seeking a Training and Knowledge Management Specialist to design, implement, and maintain a centralized Knowledge Base for enterprise data and resources. You will partner with leaders across units to translate complex information into user-friendly formats and develop training content to support knowledge sharing.

The role emphasizes content creation, information management, and collaboration with Business Systems to deliver accessible knowledge tools for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or the equivalent education and experience.
• Three years related experience with one year of training experience preferred.
• Strong organization, analytical, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and improve a centralized Knowledge Base.
• Build partnerships with business units to gather data and information for the Knowledge Base.
• Develop and deliver communication tools and products for knowledge sharing and user education.
• Create job aids, training content, slide decks, and videos to support training initiatives.
• Organize information and collaborate with Business Systems to ensure user-friendly presentation.
