Xcel Energy seeks a Training and Knowledge Management Specialist to design, implement, maintain and improve a centralized Knowledge Base that houses key data, information, presentations and other resources to support enterprise knowledge management. Build and utilize strategic partnerships with business units across the Company to gather key data and information that relates to the department.

You will gather and translate technical information into a format that is understandable and persuasive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent education and experience.
• Three years related experience with one year of training experience preferred.
• Strong organization, analytical, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Microsoft Office, database, and content publishing skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop communication and training content to support business areas.
• Partner with leaders to develop key messages for Knowledge Base incorporation.
• Develop videos, graphics, and charts to communicate data and processes.
• Responsible for the development and organization of a user-friendly system for employees to retrieve and interpret data and information.
