Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel Technical Design experience, specifically with knitwear.
• Strong proficiency in Technical Design, including creating and managing tech packs and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Garment Construction and Fitting to ensure accurate fit, quality, and wearability.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and pattern-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tech packs for multiple styles and categories.
• Manage sample development and track milestones with design, production and sourcing teams.
• Conduct fit sessions and communicate clear vendor feedback.
• Review patterns, measurements and construction details for accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement in product consistency and efficiency across styles.
