Job summary

Kith is seeking a Technical Designer for knitwear, cut & sew and activewear to join the Women’s technical design team. The role requires 3–5 years of apparel technical design experience, a strong grasp of garment construction, and the ability to work on-site five days a week in Williamsburg, NY.

You will collaborate across teams, document technical details, and help drive high-quality product delivery. On-site involvement is essential, with an eye for detail, consistency, and process

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in apparel technical design.
• Knowledge of brand identity and fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical aspects of garment production to ensure high quality and functional products.
• Lead fit sessions and cross-functional meetings; document comments with actionable pattern amendments.
• Manage grading and tolerance rules and communicate with overseas suppliers to address construction issues.
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs with precise specifications.
