Job summary

UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies seek a Knowledge Management Specialist to support PICRD II contract in Colorado Springs, CO. You will manage documents, templates, and policies, and provide LCMP writing and SharePoint administration for USSPACECOM Digital Superiority Directorate (J6).

Candidates should have a BS in IT or related field, 4+ years of experience, and Top Secret/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution fulfills the educational requirement.
• Over four years of technical experience.
• Meets the KSATs for DoD Cyber Workforce Framework Work Role 431 (NIST: OM-KM-001).
• Ability to match the appropriate knowledge repository technology for a given application or environment.
• Knowledge of collaborative technologies (e.g., groupware, SharePoint).
• Experience defining requirements and developing solutions aligned with security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documents for software, technical designs, SOPs, manuals, and guides.
• Maintain planning documents including operations plans, PADs, PPLANs, C4ISP, mobility plans, concept plans, blueprints.
• Maintain a reference library of policies, procedures, documents, and architectures for future planning.
• Provide technical writing and maintenance of the LCMP.
• Assist Engineering and Compliance Teams to provide information to the Government using databases and other tools as required by USSPACECOM processes.
• Produce and submit meeting minutes, reports, and summary inputs according to deliverable 002.
• Provide SharePoint Administrative and Management functions for USSPACECOM Digital Superiority Directorate (J6).
• Establish continuity procedures and a reference library of policies, procedures, documents, and architectures.
• Assist teams with systems architecture, design, planning, and integration.
• Support development and review of CR/TS documentation for accuracy and continuity.
• Compare requirements documentation with final solutions for service design package alignment.
