Bowhead seeks an Executive Communications Administrator to support the PICRD II contract in Colorado Springs, CO. The role provides CSD helpdesk services and IT support during Tier 1-4 exercises, handling executive communications for Priority 1-3 customers.

Qualifications include a BS in IT/cybersecurity/CS from ABET/CAE, 4+ years of technical experience, KSATs per DoD framework, CompTIA Security+, and DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Target salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, or computer science from ABET/CAE designated institution.
• Over four years of technical experience.
• Meets the KSATs defined in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework for Work Role 451.
• Experience providing Tier 1-4 service desk and job control functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSD helpdesk services and IT support during exercises.
• Support IT services, Service Desk, and VTC for Tier 1 National Level Exercises (NLEs).
• Process account requests for augmentee personnel two days before NLE StartEx.
• Revoke augmentee access within two weeks of NLE EndEx.
• Provide support within one hour during core hours; within two hours outside core hours.
• Provide Executive Communications support to Priority 1-3 customers at HQ USSPACECOM and GOFO housing.
• Use dedicated USSPACECOM phone for executive support.
• Service all IT and communications issues for HQ USSPACECOM hardware/software/LANs; minimal on-call for GOFO residences on PSFB.
• Follow the Priority Customer table for identified customers.
