Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to support the PICRD II contract in Colorado Springs, CO. You will maintain documents for software, designs, SOPs, manuals, and guides, and manage planning documents and LCMP while supporting USSPACECOM processes through SharePoint.

Requires a BS in IT/Cybersecurity/CS, 4+ years of technical experience, KSAT familiarity, and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; targeted salary range is $105,000 to $120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge management experience and weapons system knowledge.
• Ability to create, maintain, and organize complex documentation suites.
• Familiarity with DoD KSATs and security policy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documents for software, technical designs, SOPs, manuals, and guides.
• Maintain planning documents such as operations plans, PADs and PPLANs.
• Keep a reference library of policies, procedures, and architectures.
• Provide technical writing and maintenance of the LCMP.
• Assist engineering/compliance teams for USSPACECOM processes.
• Produce meeting minutes, reports, and summary inputs per deliverable 002.
• Manage Microsoft SharePoint Admin and related functions for J6.
• Establish continuity procedures and reference libraries.
• Assist with systems architecture, design, planning, and integration.
• Support development/review of CR/TS documentation for accuracy.
