• Over four years of technical experience.
• Meets KSATs per DoD Cyber Workforce Framework Work Role 451.

Aufgaben

• Provide CSD helpdesk services as available commensurate with LCAT.
• Provide IT services, Service Desk, and VTC support during Tier 1 NLEs.
• Process account requests for exercise augmentee personnel from HQ USSPACECOM two days before NLE StartEx.
• Revoke augmentee personnel access within two weeks of NLE EndEx after notification.
• Provide executive communications support to Priority 1-3 customers within HQ USSPACECOM and GOFO housing.
