Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-commerce Email Marketing Strategist on the Inbound Team, reporting to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing. The role will work directly in Klaviyo, manage automated workflows, audiences, and performance discussions for client campaigns.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams; lead campaign calendars; own client relationships and ensure timely deployment of targeted emails.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation tools (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and client-facing skills.
• Experience with marketing automation, lead generation, and analytics.
• SMS experience with Sakari and Attentive.

Responsibilities

• Execute clients’ lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and recommend optimizations.
• Manage email marketing initiatives, calendars, and strategies.
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
