Job summary

Technimark in El Paso, TX seeks a packaging operations leader to guide safety, quality, and production on a 24/7 basis. You will train employees, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with all safety policies and guidelines.

You will chair daily/weekly production meetings, report bottlenecks and actions to stakeholders, and collaborate with marketing, R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain to align packaging with product and brand needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or better; related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging operations, or kitting/assembly.
• Experience in high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing environments and industrial engineering/process flow.

Responsibilities

• Create safe work environment and train employees to work safely.
• Lead plant readiness for new projects and production volume shifts.
• Participate in daily/weekly production meetings and report status, bottlenecks, and action plans.
• Support cost and inventory management with monthly projections.
• Manage direct reports through goal setting, coaching and evaluations.
• Understand packaging lines, equipment, and workflow optimization.
