Job summary

Midnight Oil is seeking a Lead, Kitting/Assembly to oversee the accurate and efficient building of bulk products into value-added packages for our customers.

You will direct team members on the line, set up production cycles, monitor run speed and quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and clean work areas. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years of related experience; Spanish/English bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 4+ years of related industry experience.
• Experience leading a kitting/assembly line preferred.
• Willingness to obtain or complete additional training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct employees on the line to finish kitting/assembly and report to Supervisor for next assignment.
• Set up production line to start a production cycle and obtain first piece approval for each job/sub job.
• Monitor line speed and quality, troubleshoot problems, and report issues to improve efficiency.
