Job summary

The Lead, Kitting/Assembly at Imagine is responsible for the accurate and efficient building of bulk products into value-added packages for our customers. You will oversee the line, direct workers, and coordinate with the supervisor to ensure timely kit readiness across cycles.

Responsibilities include training staff, adjusting machine settings, and maintaining quality. You will also ensure proper mail processing and safety standards while meeting production targets and accounting for costs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Four plus years of relevant industry experience.
  • Willingness to obtain HS diploma or GED if needed.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitting/assembly and direct employees on the line.
  • Update SQDIP board and perform basic problem solving.
  • Review work instructions and communicate job ticket details.
  • Maintain inventory levels and report shortages to supervisor.
  • Provide training and coaching to personnel as needed.
  • Set up production line and obtain first piece approval.
  • Control machine settings and monitor speed and quality.
  • Complete load tags and prepare product for next operation.
  • Ensure USPS regulations for mail processing are followed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean workspace and work overtime as required.
