• Own the entire work order process for kit assembly.
• Delegate work orders to the kit team to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate parts with leads to support production of kits.
• Act as quality control, guiding and training employees per policy.
• Maintain orderly work stations, tools, parts, and documentation.
• Foster strong teamwork through positive leadership and VE values.
• Assist with kit assembly and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
