Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry experience with at least 5 years in supervision.
• Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Experience with kitting, distribution, or pick/pack operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage 40+ employees to complete kit assemblies within time constraints.
• Communicate with customers and management to meet production needs.
• Coordinate staffing with Operations Manager to meet customer needs.
• Address staff issues with team leads to meet production timelines.
• Optimize resources, staff, and processes to support continuous improvement.
• Manage data related to performance analysis and problem identification.
• Support quality assurance to implement process improvements.
• Develop SOPs and training documents for efficiency and standardization.
• Maintain inventory with attention to lot and expiration data.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer SOPs.
• Participate in recruiting, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
