Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a dependable Dishwasher/Utility to support the kitchen team with daily cleaning and sanitation tasks.

Responsibilities include washing pots, pans, and dishes, cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of floors, walls, and banquets area. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Wash, scrape, rinse, and sanitize pots, pans, and all kitchenware.
• Clean Queen Mary’s, carts, speed racks, refrigeration, and food warmers.
• Organize and restock clean kitchenware.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Remove trash from kitchen and dumpsters.
• Clean stainless-steel tables and shelves.
• Set up and break down banquet equipment.
• Push and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform duties to support department success.

Job description

• Working knowledge of all dish-machines and three compartment sinks used to wash dishes, pots, pans, and all other kitchen ware.


• Scrape, wash, rinse, and sanitize all pots, pans, dishes, and all other kitchen ware.


• Clean Queen Mary's, carts, speed racks, refrigeration, and food warmers.


• Organize and restock clean pots, pans, dishes, and all other kitchen ware.


• Sweep and mop floors.


• Clean dumpsters, and trashcans.


• Remove all trash from kitchen.


• Clean all stainless-steel tables and shelves.


• Must be able to use a ladder and step stool.


• Set up and break down, clean and sanitize Banquet equipment.


• Clean walls, ceilings, and baseboards.


• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.


• Pushing and carrying up to 50 pounds
