Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated kitchen worker to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will assist with dish machines, deep cleans, and general sanitation to keep facilities safe and compliant.

The role requires the ability to work any shift, light lifting up to 50 pounds, and a professional demeanor. Prior kitchen experience is preferred to ensure smooth operation with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience as a kitchen worker.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent organizational skills a must.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to be exposed to hot water, cleaning chemicals and kitchen detergents.
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
• Must be able to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean BIOs in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Maintain knowledge of dish machine cleaning and deliming.
• Operate buffer and vacuum machines.
• Able to use a ladder or step stool.
• Clean walls, ceilings, hoods, lights, and vent covers.
• Dismantle and clean stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, and steamers daily.
• Work as a kitchen worker when needed.
• Clean all stainless steel tables and shelves.
• Drain and refill deep fryer tanks as needed.
• Perform other job related duties as requested.
• Push and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Clean walls, ceilings, hoods, light, and vent covers.

• Work as a kitchen worker when needed.
• Clean all stainless steel tables and shelves.
• Drain and refill deep fryer tanks if needed.
• Perform other job related duties as requested.
