Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking an Utility Supervisor for our Levy-branded kitchen operations. You will lead the dishwashing team, enforce sanitation standards, and support inventory and equipment organization across back-of-house areas.

You will train staff, uphold safety and cleanliness, and drive efficient service during events and daily operations, contributing to a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dishwashing or utility team in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to train and coach team members on safety and sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of dishwashing procedures and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing duties with utility team members.
• Oversee daily dishwashing operations and ensure timely turnaround of clean wares.
• Follow proper dishwashing procedures for dishes, glassware, pots and pans.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment for proper functionality.
• Inspect and organize storerooms, deliveries and inventory as needed.
• Train utility team members on Levy signatures, cleaning practices, and standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support team growth and performance.
