Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and loads the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine.
• Completes all assigned prep work.
• Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area.
• Cleans work areas, tables, equipment and floors.
• Transports cases up to 40 pounds and handles dish racks as required.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and supports team needs.
• Works indoors most of the time with some outdoor activity and exposure to heat.
