Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and loads the dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine.
• Completes all assigned prep work.
• Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area.
• Cleans work areas, tables, walls and equipment.
• Assembles, maintains and breaks down dish machine.
• Transports cases weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Works indoors most of the time with occasional outdoor work.
• Responds appropriately to emergencies to ensure safety.
