• Sets up and operates dish machine and sinks; keeps area clean at all times.
• Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue and running through dish machine.
• Stores all clean and sanitized tableware, buffet platters, and displays properly.
• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment; returns them to proper places.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, coolers, and storage areas.
• Cleans garbage cans with soap and water; breaks down and empties boxes.
• Assists with food preparation tasks as assigned.
