Job summary

Interlachen Country Club in Winter Park, FL is seeking full-time, experienced line cooks for the Pool Kitchen & Bar and other club outlets. The role involves setting up stations, preparing lunch/dinner, and coordinating with servers and supervisors to ensure accuracy and timely service.

Responsibilities include rotating through Pantry, Grill, Flat, Pizza, and Prep stations, labeling stocks, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly Pool Kitchen specials.
• Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Pool Kitchen menu items and specials.
• Cross-train on all Pool Kitchen stations: Pantry, Grill, Flat, Pizza, and Prep.
• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible.
• Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis. Perform utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled.
• Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen.
