Qualifications

• Some high school; must speak, read, write and understand the primary languages of the work location.
• No previous foodservice experience needed, though it is helpful.
• Ability to learn standard kitchen and food preparation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and slice menu items per standard recipes to ensure safety and timely prep.
• Date, label, and rotate prepped items; store properly.
• Follow portion sizes, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and consistently.
• Assist with dishwashing and other tasks as needed.
• Take takeout orders by phone following proper procedures.
