Job summary

Harri is hiring for a kitchen team member to ensure a safe, sanitary back-of-house operation and excellent guest experience. You will prep, cook, and assemble menu items, follow recipes, and assist with general kitchen duties.

No prior foodservice experience is required; however, strong communication and teamwork are valued to support a cooperative restaurant environment. This role offers benefits and growth within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Some high school required. Ability to speak/read/write and understand primary language(s) of the work location.
• Must be able to speak and understand the primary languages of guests who visit the work location.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations. Learn standard kitchen and food preparation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prep / cook / slice menu items according to standard recipes and time to ensure safety and timely availability.
• Date, label, and rotate prepped items; store them properly.
• Comply with portion sizes, quality standards and safety rules.
