Qualifications

• One plus years’ experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry.
• Completed cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Prepare high quality menu items per REG recipes, portions and serving standards.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items and ensure proper temperatures.
• Collaborate with managers, cooks and servers to prepare meals timely and plate items per procedures.
• Keep inventory and rotate stock, restock kitchen for shifts, and log daily kitchen records.
