Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, following safety and sanitary procedures, and supporting kitchen operations while upholding company standards. You will communicate with supervisors and contribute to guest satisfaction during every shift.

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Effective communicator with co-workers and the restaurant management team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Follow the steps in the Training Program to learn skills, duties, and responsibilities.
• Communicate with supervisor when additional training is needed.
• Understand how each job duty impacts guests, employees, and restaurant operations.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness daily and ensure sanitary requirements.
