Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking Heart of House team members to support day‑to‑day operations across its growing hospitality brands. You will help with food preparation, plating, stocking, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes following recipes, sanitation standards, and teamwork to ensure consistent guest experiences and high-quality dishes across select brands.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3–5 years heart of house experience in a full service restaurant.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, cooking and plating to standards set by head chef or management.
• Quality control of food leaving the kitchen, portioning and recipe adherence.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspace in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving and storing deliveries, and stock rotation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any faulty equipment.
