Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking servers to join a growing hospitality group across our award-winning brands. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include presenting menus, promoting specials, handling payments, and collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to sanitation, safety, and serving standards.
• Able to explain menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in conversation on arrival.
• Present menus, explain items, and make recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and communicate with the kitchen.
• Handle payments and process tips with basic Math accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and dining areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift changes.
