R365hire is hiring a dedicated Back of House Employee to support our kitchen operations. The role covers food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and dishwashing, contributing to efficient restaurant service.

Ideal candidates have experience in kitchen operations, strong teamwork skills, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided; flexibility and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations; training provided for specific duties.
• Team collaboration to meet kitchen demands.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and busy periods.
• Attention to quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Physical stamina for long shifts and standing.
• Knowledge of or willingness to obtain food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: assist with washing, cutting, marinating ingredients.
• Cooking: help assemble dishes following recipes and directives.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: keep kitchen clean and sanitary, wash dishes, maintain stations.
• Equipment Handling: use and maintain equipment, report malfunctions.
• Support Duties: assist other kitchen tasks during peak times.
