Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC in Rehoboth Beach, DE seeks Heart of House staff to maintain prep, plating and kitchen operations. You’ll ensure quality, safety and sanitation while supporting inventory and equipment handling.

This role involves standing, lifting and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in heart of house roles, Serve Safe certification is preferred, and the ability to follow English instructions and scheduling apps.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a fast paced team environment and follow safety procedures.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety and security practices is required.
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions in English.
• Familiarity with service standards and systems is expected.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift 25–50 pounds throughout shifts.
• Must be able to access online scheduling apps.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, cooking and plating to required standards.
• Quality control to ensure food presentation and taste meet brand guidelines.
