Dash In - Upper Marlboro, MD is hiring Kitchen Team Members to prepare items in a fast-paced BOH environment. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour with a $1 overnight premium. Evening and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to prepare items.
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness for service.
• Restock and organize prep stations for a clean, efficient workspace.
• Receive and store deliveries, keeping ingredients in proper order.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized service experience.
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move items up to 50–65 pounds using proper technique.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
