Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House in Annapolis, MD. This part-time hourly role includes a starting wage of $16.50 per hour, with an extra $1 per hour for overnight shifts. You will assist in preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a great guest experience in a 24/7 retail setting.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year in food service, and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in United States; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards.
• Monitor prep levels and ensure readiness.
• Restock and organize prep station to keep it tidy.
• Place incoming items in proper storage and prep for cooking.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order throughout shift.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company‑paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• ActiveServSafecertification, or a similar qualification
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills
