Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ in California is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. As a Kitchen Crew, you will support back-of-house operations, prepare foods, stock inventory, and ensure quality and portion control on the cookline. This hourly position pays $20.00 per hour, with flexible part-time or full-time schedules. A Food Handler Card, basic math and English skills, and reliable transportation are required; strong customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Food Handler Card per local health regulations.
• Basic math and English communication skills are required.
• Excellent customer service skills are expected.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, quality and portion control.
• Prepare multiple food orders and ensure timely service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
