Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members in California. You will support back-of-house operations, handle food prep, and help ensure high-quality meals reach customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written/verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, ensure quality and portion control at cookline.
• Prepare multiple orders and ensure timely service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness through daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
