Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members in California. This hourly role offers $20.00 per hour and supports the back-of-house operations to deliver high-quality food to customers.

Candidates must demonstrate health-safety compliance and reliable transportation. The position may be part-time or full-time, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required.
• Basic math and basic English skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders and ensure accuracy and timely service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store through daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
