Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking a kitchen associate to support breakfast and lunch service across serving lines. You will help with meal preparation, stocking, and presenting food to customers in an appealing and safe manner.

Daily duties include setting up lines, maintaining temperatures, cleaning equipment, and following Opaa! recipes and HACCP guidelines. Training provided; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with hot/cold food preparation and meal service.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines for safety and quality.
• Capable of operating kitchen equipment with proper training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines.
• Set up serving lines daily; ensure food is held at correct temperatures.
• Assist in preparation per menu plan and Opaa! recipes.
• Maintain clean work areas; practice FIFO and proper storage.
• Assist with cleaning, dishwashing, and restocking serving areas.
