Opaa! is seeking staff to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in catering functions. You will perform all kitchen positions as needed, operate shared equipment, and help maintain temperature controls and food safety standards.

The role supports Opaa!’s services across 10 states and requires adherence to recipes and menus. Teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow HACCP procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, and write simple notes.
• Basic math to compute measures and portions.

Responsabilités

• Set up serving lines daily and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as needed.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and practice FIFO inventory.
• Assist with cleaning, stocking, and serving; maintain HACCP records.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
