Job summary

Vicious Biscuit in Neptune Beach, FL is hiring a Kitchen Team Member (Line Cook / Prep / Dishwasher). Earn $19-21 per hour with a morning-only schedule and no night shifts, in a fast-casual breakfast spot known for Best Biscuits and showcased on Food Paradise.

You will rotate through back-of-house stations, cook to recipes, maintain food safety, plate orders, and keep the kitchen clean and stocked. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist as we expand.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness are preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook food to recipe, with consistent portioning and quality.
• Operate cooking equipment safely and monitor food temps.
• Plate and assemble orders to our presentation standards.

What You Need

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Available to work weekends
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)
• Basic cooking knowledge and food safety awareness a plus — not required

The Role

As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll rotate across our back-of-house stations — sauté, fry, biscuit build, prep, and dishwashing — keeping food quality high and the kitchen running smoothly. You'll:
